The Palace Hall makes available to the interested clients especially equipped halls and adequate services for the organization of round table discussions, company presentations, symposia and conferences. These activities can be requested by our clients both during specialized exhibitions and during other times of the year.

The partners can be provided with the space they consider to be the most appropriate:

• The Great Hall: capacity 4060 seats. At the level of the balcony, it can be partitioned, by means of a mobile curtain, for meetings with a smaller number of attendants, about 2500 seats remaining.
• THE COLUMNS Hall (second floor): 300-450 seats
• ALPHA Hall (first floor): 50-100 seats
• BETA Hall (first floor): 50-100 seats

All the halls can be fitted to meet the clients' requests, and are equipped with (fixed and mobile) simultaneous interpretation systems, sound amplification, air conditioning, video projector.
