The security of stands and the protection of exhibits are ensured by the agreed security company during the entire period while the specialized exhibition lasts, starting from the evening of the day specified for set-up by the organizer - 6 o'clock p.m. Security and protection cover the time-span lasting from the closing time of the exhibition day and the beginning of the next exhibition day (for example: 18.00-10.00 Monday to Friday).

2. Is the access to specialized exhibitions free ?
The access of specialists-visitors to specialized exhibitions hosted by Centrul pentru Artele Spectacolului Sala Palatului (Palace Hall Cultural Center) is free. No entrance fee is charged. Access is granted on the basis of an invitation received either from the organizer of the exhibition, or from the exhibiting company entertaining contractual relations with the organizer.
