The Great Hall hosts a great diversity of events. It can seat 4060 people and is built in the shape of an amphitheater, with a difference of level of maximum 12 m. It is equipped with professional sound amplification systems, state-of-the-art lighting devices, cinema projection: 35-70 mm. The stage has a total span of 20 meters and is 15 meters long. Numerous personalities of musical life and prodigious orchestras both from Romania and from abroad have enjoyed the elegant setting of the Great Palace Hall. The Great Hall is also equipped with technical facilities for simultaneous translation into six languages ; likewise, it is possible to use the adjoining rooms: reception halls, halls for the organization of receptions and cocktail parties, press conferences, closed-circuit TV. The Palace Hall provides a very generous space, both as regards the capacity (4060 seats), and as regards the stage ( front span of 28 meters ) , its depth (15 meters), and, not least, as regards the professional technical stage fittings.

The Lutheran Hall is the core of the exhibitions organized on the premises of the Palace Hall complex; built in the immediate vicinity of the main access gates, it is rectangular in shape: the elegance of the hall is given both by the red marble colonnades and floors, and by the lighting system based on great chandeliers. The Lutheran Hall allows for connections with the other two halls on the groundfloor and with the Foyer on the first floor; access to the Columns Hall, on the second floor, can be either by the monumental staircase or by the elevator. This rectangular hall, situated in the center of the PALACE HALL exhibition complex, catches the eye with its double row of red marble colonnades, spanning its entire length, on the right hand side and left hand side of the entrances. The hall includes the main cloakrooms used on the occasion of various cultural events hosted by the Great Hall, special refreshment rooms, and toilet facilities. Situated on the second floor of the Palace Hall, the Columns Hall enables the visitor to go to the Grand Hall, through two massive gates on either side of the main Refreshment Room. Access is made through a first row of marble columns. The central area of the Columns Hall is designed for hosting national and international conferences whose number of participants is maximum 450. It is provided with toilet facilities and card phones, and access is both by the monumental side stairs and by elevator. Moreover, it is used as a display area or as the premises for the organization of receptions or cocktail parties. Area: approximately 563 square meters. Approximate dimensions: 35.2 x 16 meters.Plus 2 annexes, each covering 84 square meters, situated at both ends of the Columns Hall.

Situated on the first floor of the Palace Hall exhibition complex, the Foyer is used as a display area, as a meeting venue for businesspeople come on the occasion of symposia organized in the adjoining halls: ALPHA and BETA, and also as a foyer on the occasion of performances or congresses hosted here.The elegant setting is defined by the COLONNADES ALLEY, an ensemble of red marble columns surrounding a spacious central balcony, and also by the white marble floors and the monumental side stairs connecting this area with the groundfloor and the second floor. During congresses, international conferences and cultural events, the Foyer is used, together with the INTIMATE LOUNGE, as an area especially set apart for official delegations. The access to the OFFICIAL LODGE of the Grand Hall is through the Foyer. Area: approximately 560 square meters; Approximate dimensions: 36 x 20 meters. Open space: 20 x 8 m = 160 square meters.

It is provided with its own toilet facilities and a mini-kitchen for catering services. It also allows for the direct access to the OFFICIAL LODGE of the Grand Hall. The Moorish Hall, also situated on the groundfloor of the Palace Hall complex, is square in shape and sustained by four red marble columns. It allows for easy access both to the Cloakroom Hall through the Gallery Lobby, and to the exterior of the complex, through the three sides of Building C.
